Attorneys Jess M. Collen and Kristen A. Mogavero will discuss legal issues relevant to the marketing of luxury goods and services with an emphasis on intellectual property protection and enforcement. Kristen A. Mogavero is an attorney working in the litigation department at Collen IP.  She represents and advises clients in a wide variety of intellectual property and advertising law matters.  Kristen’s litigation experience has involved matters of trademark infringement, false advertising, and unfair competition.  She has also represented clients in copyright and patent infringement matters.  She regularly represents clients before the USPTO in cancellation and opposition proceedings.  Kristen also advises clients on advertising issues, such as customer rewards programs, compliance with gift certificate laws, and cross-promotional campaigns.
