Maggie Ciafardini
Maggie Ciafardini has been a leader in the prestige fragrance and cosmetic industry for over twenty years. Today, Ms. Ciafardini is CEO and Managing Director of YSL Beauté. In this role, she oversees a business in excess of one hundred million dollars and a nationwide team of one hundred and twenty-five that services the Yves Saint Laurent Parfums (including makeup and skincare), Oscar de la Renta Parfums, Van Cleef & Arpels Parfums, Boucheron Parfums, Roger & Gallet, Ermenegildo Zegna Parfums, Stella McCartney Parfums and Alexander McQueen Parfums brands.

Ms. Ciafardini has always had a strong interest in the beauty and fashion industries. She first channeled her energies into beauty when she began her career as a Beauty Advisor in 1979 with the Estee Lauder Companies. From there, she moved on to Bloomingdale’s where she worked as a Fashion Coordinator. Realizing her passion for the fragrance and cosmetic arena, she returned to the Estee Lauder Companies as a Regional Sales Manager before later moving to Halston Borghese and then Benetton Cosmetics where she was Vice President of Sales, North America.

Again returning to Estee Lauder in 1996, Ms. Ciafardini worked in the Travel Retail division as Executive Director for Origins, Aramis and Prescriptives. Two years later, she was promoted to Executive Director of International Retail Sales Development & Training for Bobbi Brown Professional Cosmetics, Inc., where she opened Bobbi Brown Cosmetics in Asia, Australia and select European markets.

In 1999, she was pursued by Beauté Prestige International to launch their American affiliate as Executive Vice President and General Manager. While with BPI, Ms. Ciafardini continued to build on the success of the Jean Paul Gaultier and Issey Miyake fragrance lines and later launched the highly successful Narciso Rodriguez “For Her” fragrance.

Ms. Ciafardini is a member of Cosmetic Executive Women as well as a member of the Advisory Board of The Fragrance Foundation and CTFA.

Faith Hope Consolo
Faith Hope Consolo is the most renowned retail broker and consultant in the country. Not only because of the volume, size and distinction of transactions, but also because of her extraordinary knowledge of the city she calls her own: New York. She possesses the ability to envision a smaller stretch of retail space and its potential relationship to the larger surrounding area. She has advised and encouraged many retailers as they emerged as major players in the City and has worked on transforming troubled neighborhoods into sought-after shopping districts.

Ms. Consolo stresses that successful retail brokerage is more than just site selection and negotiation; it is also an involvement in community creation. She has served as management consultant on the transformation of areas such as Times Square and Penn Station. She is recognized as a key player in Fifth Avenue's return as the "Luxury Walk" and Madison Avenue's achieving its glitter as the "Golden Mile." Ms. Consolo has brought many prominent retailers to Manhattan, including: Bond No. 9, Bruno Magli, Calypso, Cartier, Christian Louboutin, Fendi, Fogal, Fresh, Jimmy Choo, Lockes, Manolo Blahnik, Miguelina, Niwaka, Paul Smith, Salvatore Ferragamo, Sermoneta, Tous, Versace, Wempe, Wolford, Yves Saint Laurent and Zara.

As Chairman of Prudential Douglas Elliman’s newly expanded Retail Leasing and Sales Division, created especially for her, she is responsible for providing comprehensive retail expertise to an array of tenants and landlords, both nationally and internationally. Since joining the firm in January 2005, she has completed dozens of deals totaling multi-millions of dollars for some of the most recognized names in retail. In fact, her team identifies and secures the best locations for prominent international retailers’ U.S. operations, as well as represents some of the country’s top landlords in finding high profile retailers for their spaces. Under Ms. Consolo’s direction, the Division also provides strategic planning and consulting services spanning all five boroughs, Long Island, Westchester, New Jersey, Connecticut and beyond. Ms. Consolo manages the 50 Prudential Commercial Real Estate Service offices located nationwide.

Ms. Consolo has an extensive academic background, serving as an instructor at New York University, Wharton Business School, and Parsons School of Design. She has lectured before numerous prestigious organizations including: The Association of Women on Economic Development; National Association of Business Owners; Women Incorporated; Institute for International Research; National Association of Women on Economic Development; and the National Association of Business Owners. She has also spoken before: the Institute for International Research; National Association of Appraisers & Planners; The Women’s Economic Roundtable; the New York Association of Realty Managers; The Real Estate Lenders Association and, most recently, The Real Estate Academy.

In addition to her academic contributions, Ms. Consolo is often the sole broker to participate in international forums on real estate. She has been called to speak at the Luxury Institute’s Paris conference, “Conversations with Leaders in Luxury.” She is also an expert consultant to the Luxury Council and Luxury Briefing.

Faith Hope Consolo even authors an online publication bearing her name, "The Faith Report." In addition, she is a regular contributor to The New York Times, New York Post, Crain’s New York Business, Luxury Briefing, Network News programs as well as CNN and NY1, Real Estate Weekly, New York Real Estate Journal, Real Estate New York, Financial Times, Real Estate Forum, Retail Traffic and Shopping Center Business, among others.

Her portfolio includes memberships, affiliations, and executive appointments in many industry, civic, and philanthropic organizations. Ms. Consolo is on the Board of Governors of the Associated Builders and Owners of Greater New York, is a past president of the Association of Real Estate Women and former board member of the AREW Charitable Fund. Ms. Consolo created the AREW Founder's Award for outstanding achievement in the real estate industry. She also served as an advisor for The Mayor's Council on The Aging/Related Issues. Her other memberships include the Urban Land Institute, the Young Men’s/Women’s Real Estate Association of New York, Inc., the Real Estate Board of New York and several Chambers of Commerce. Ms. Consolo is also a member of Fashion Group International, the International Council of Shopping Centers and the National Realty Club. In addition, she participates in the National Retail Federation and the Retail Marketing Society.

Numerous honors and awards have been bestowed on Ms. Consolo throughout her amazing career. Prudential Douglas Elliman awarded her the Top Retail and Commercial GCI for 2005 and 2006. In 1992, Crain's New York Business named her a Rising Star and in 1996, one of New York's 75 Most Influential Women in Business. Three years later, she was one of New York's 100 Most Influential Women in Business, according to Crain's. That same year, 1999, she was named Woman of the Year by the Associated Builders and Owners of Greater New York, a first-ever for the trade association. In 2000, she received the AREW Founder's Award, the honor which she had originated. Ms. Consolo received another AREW award, that of Outstanding Woman of Achievement, and was named a Woman of Valor by the Capuchin Order of St. John the Baptist Friary. The non-profit organization Dress for Success honored Ms. Consolo with a Success at Its Best Award.

Prior to joining Prudential Douglas Elliman, Ms. Consolo served as Vice Chairman of Garrick-Aug Worldwide, Ltd. for nearly 20 years. She founded the firm’s international division in 1987.

Susie Ellis
Susie Ellis, president of Spa Finder, Inc., leads the world’s most prominent spa marketing, media, and research company – connecting the largest global network of spas to millions of spa consumers worldwide.

She has also served on the California Governor's Council on Physical Fitness and Sports, chaired by Arnold Schwarzenegger.

Fred F. Nazem
Mr. Nazem has been the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Patients and Physicians and its Chief Executive Officer since January 2006, and has served in the same capacity for Flagship Patient Advocates since February 2004. A venture capitalist since the early 1970’s, Nazem & Company in 1983. Since then he has been the Managing Partner of Nazem & Company. Mr. Nazem has been an entrepreneur, venture capitalist and corporate turnaround specialist for more than 30 years. He has started, financed and guided several dozen companies, including Oxford Health Plan, Cirrus Logic (CRUS), Universal Health Services (UHS), Genesis Health Ventures, Medical Care International, Sportsline.com and Apollo Computers (now part of Hewlett-Packard’s computer division), most of which have become multibillion-dollar enterprises. As Chairman of Oxford Health Plans, he led the reorganization and successful turnaround of the company when it experienced operational and financial difficulties in 1997. Mr. Nazem has a BS in Biochemistry, an MS in Physical Chemistry, and an MBA in Finance and has done doctoral work in Nuclear Physics.
