CURRENT JOB OPPORTUNITIES

 

Assistant Event and Membership Coordinator

Duties include:
- Corresponding with members via email, phone, and sometimes through postal mailings.
- Excel Database management
- Maintaining Member entries and other postings on our website
- Assisting at events for Heads of marketing and CEO's. We currently host 40 a year which in the past have included the Forbes Highlander Yacht, Lincoln Center, Forbes Galleries, The Met Museum, and a Variety of 5 star Hotels (NY Palace, Mandarin Oriental, Dream)
- The right candidate must be well presented, detail oriented, confident and comfortable dealing with top executives on a regular basis.

Pay: Min $10 per hour
